In the capital of Lebanon, Beirut, Tey grew up.
He always talks about Beirut, where his family lives. Beirut was hit with a massive explosion and the shock waves were felt in Cyprus, 250 KM away. If that was not enough, the inflation, political crisis, and covid-19 had a toll on its economy.
As recovery continues (removal of debris from houses) local volunteers are preparing which is the installation of glass windows and wooden doors and frames.
Our action here is to support 300 families with their basic needs starting with shelter.
